2024 Annual Learning Courses

Each year, we aim to provide you with annual learning topics that will support your efforts to deliver high value care and exceptional experiences to your patients. Your 2024 course list is below and will be available beginning October 1. Completion of these modules is a network participation requirement and an opportunity to learn more about the strategic direction of the network from OHN leaders. The deadline to complete all annual learning courses is December 15.

Of note, Ochsner Health transitioned to a new learning management system in May 2024 called Workday Learning, sunsetting the Ochsner Learning Network/Learnsoft platform. To access Workday, please use the following links:

Completing Learning Modules

• Module completion will be reflected on your scorecard each Friday. Modules completed on Friday will show up the following Friday.
• Monthly email reminders will be delivered if you have one or more incomplete modules. As the due date gets closer, reminders will become more frequent.
• Completed gated modules will show in your scorecard under the Gated Metrics section as a “Y” in a green box.
• Completed network participation modules will show in the “Points Earned” box. See example below.
