Greg Dadlez, MHA, has served Ochsner Health Network since 2011. In his role as Vice President of Value-Based Performance, Greg is charged with driving Ochsner and its partners to maximize returns on capitated, risk-based and pay for performance agreements. He works across Ochsner Health Network to develop and scale projects impacting cost, utilization, quality and documentation. Greg leads the strategy, population health, documentation excellence, and performance improvement teams. Greg’s service to the healthcare industry includes previous posts with Ochsner Health, including within the Neurology service line, clinical integration, analytics and the Ochsner Accountable Care Network. Following an undergraduate degree from Penn State University, Greg obtained a master’s in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
