Thomas Groves

Thomas Groves MHA/MBA has served Ochsner Health Network since 2015. As Vice President of Provider Network Development for Ochsner Health Network (OHN), Thomas leads his team in building hospital, physician and ancillary provider networks through value-based agreements and accountable care contracts. He is also responsible for developing insurance products that support population health goals, care efficiencies and quality-driven outcomes. Beginning in 1994 2000, Thomas’ service to the healthcare industry includes post with the HCA, CHRISTUS Health, , Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, Coventry Healthcare of Louisiana, and  Louisiana Division of Administration.  Following undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, he obtained a joint master’s in health administration and business from University of Houston – Clear Lake in 1997.
